Cleaning Procedure Verification Services:
We provide detailed on-site observational audits during cleaning shifts to ascertain effectiveness, conformance to existing cleaning instructions and possible areas for improvement or indeed cost savings. All audits shall include a typed report and photographic evidence if required.

Cleaning Methodology Audits: 
Do you validate and verify that your factory clean meets legislative standards? Do you independently check that your cleaning instructions accurately depict what happens during cleaning? Have you a reoccurring microbiological problem and require assistance to identify and remove any possible sources? Our team are uniquely placed to provide such assistance and will work closely with your cleaning team and chemical provider to achieve the best results.

Pre-production Hygiene Audits: 
Do you independently audit the cleaning of your site prior to production commencing? We can undertake pre-production audits to ensure the validity of cleaning in readiness for the manufacture of safe food.

Cleaning Methodology Training:
Have your cleaning team members been provided with effective cleaning methodology training? How do you validate that they these team members are following the correct methodology? We can provide bespoke training based on the team members needs, the site requirements and we can also validate their work practices to ensure compliance versus current standards at times that suit all work patterns.
